Community feedback is useful when it describes a first-hand experience with enough context and without private details.
Describe one real experience
Explain what happened, approximately when it happened and which service was involved. Choose a rating that reflects your experience. The directory does not provide a starting set of invented reviews or display a rating when no approved reviews exist.
What stays private
Do not post ticket codes, account numbers, addresses, payment information, medical details or private information about staff or other customers. The email submitted with a review is for administration and is not displayed with the review.
Before publication
New reviews enter a moderation queue. We check relevance, personal-information exposure, spam, impersonation and abuse. We do not claim that this review alone verifies a purchase, and approval is not an endorsement of every factual claim made by the author.
Fair treatment
Both favorable and critical reviews can be published. A company cannot buy removal of criticism or a higher score. Duplicate, promotional or fabricated submissions may be rejected. A reviewer can request a correction or removal through the contact page.
Other review platforms
A link to another review platform lets readers visit that source. Third-party review text or ratings are not copied into this directory without a permitted basis and appropriate attribution.
