Follow the source
The contact record and the source behind it should be easy to compare.
Choosing a contact
We prefer a company’s own contact page, help center or regional website. If an airport or another named institution is the source, that distinction remains visible. We record the purpose of a line rather than assume every published telephone number is a general service desk.
When a number is not listed
Some providers use account-based chat or forms and do not publish a suitable general telephone line. These entries direct readers to the supported online route. We do not create a number, substitute an unrelated call center or describe a sales line as a refund department.
What a date means
A source date records when the particular information was checked. Moving a record into this directory does not refresh that date. Editorial wording can change independently of contact verification. A source review is not a test call and cannot establish current queue times or availability.
Changes and limitations
Published routes may change, pages may depend on your country or sign-in status, and a source may be unavailable during a check. Relevant limitations are retained rather than replaced with an invented confirmation. Use the linked company page to check the latest details before sharing personal information.
Community input
A correction enters an editorial review queue. A review rating does not change which number is listed, and the directory does not sell a higher rating or a replacement contact position.
For directory questions and correction requests, contact the publisher.
