Privacy and submitted information

Information you choose to send
Reviews collect a display name, email address, rating, title, written experience and experience date. Contact and correction forms collect your name, email, message and any company or review reference selected. Send only what is necessary; do not include passwords, booking codes, financial identifiers or private details about someone else.
Public and private parts
An approved review can show the display name, rating, title, text and experience date. The email address and moderation records are not included in the public review feed. Authorized administrators can inspect submissions to moderate feedback, maintain the directory and respond to requests.
Why information is processed
We use submissions to publish reader feedback, investigate corrections, respond to correspondence and prevent abuse. Hosting and database services are provided by Cloudflare. Web requests include technical information such as an IP address and browser headers; Cloudflare may process operational or security records under its own practices.
Storage and essential operation
The directory uses request-limiting records to protect forms and an essential secure session cookie for administrator access. Ordinary visitors do not need an account. This version does not load advertising networks or third-party analytics. A company link leaves this directory and that destination’s own privacy terms apply.
How long records remain
Reviews and messages do not have an automatic fixed deletion period. They remain while needed for publication, correspondence, editorial records or abuse handling, or until a valid removal request is resolved. Expired form-limiting records are cleared during later form activity.
Access, correction and removal
Use the contact page or email seats@theconstanttravellers.com to ask about your submission or request access, correction or removal. Identify the record without sending login credentials. We may ask for limited information to establish that the request concerns your submission.
